Toalhas cheirosas e bem limpas, toda a estrutura de boa qualidade do flat, funcionários prestativos e atendimento rápido.

A piscina aparentemente estava com algum resíduo na água. Já que as águas do flat tem a possibilidade de serem frias ou quentes. Seria interessante a piscina também, pois estava extremamente gelada!

O quarto e banheiro são enormes! Tudo estava limpo, a cama é maravilhosa e gigante e a vista é surreal de linda. O café tinha muitas opções e o tempero é excelente! A piscina na cobertura tem uma vista incrível. O preço do restaurante é muito bom para almoço e jantar. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente. As vagas de garagem são boas.

No tempo que ficamos hospedados a rede Wi-Fi não funcionou, então a TV smart também ficou de enfeite. Além disso tem visores nos elevadores e botoeiras para chamar o elevador nos andares com defeito (apagadas e não funcionam)

The room is large and comfortable, with much space for 2 persons. The view is amazing, from the 5th floor and from the pool deck. The breakfast is very good

The room seemed abandoned, with curtains falling down, the armchair was torn, the chair is all worn out. The bed linens look old and not ironed. The shower is clogged, causing water to spray in all directions.
