Delicious breakfast and extremely kind staff. The property location was central and the Locorotondo Old Town was easy to reach. Also closely located to the railway station, and bus stop to other surrounding cities/towns

Room and bath was nicely updated. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast. Parking on site at no charge. The yard is lovely. Short walk to the old town.
Slow ( no) communication before our arrival regarding location and parking. No one was at the property when we arrived, and it was difficult to finally reach them by phone.
On check-in they told us we could not use the AIr Conditioning all night. (The property description says rooms are air conditioned.). It was 35 degrees + out. We would not have stayed there if we had known that.
