Location, size of the property, heated and prepared for guests, host communication and flexibility.
Building is falling a part as they have renovations its looks horrible and spooky. Bed in the living room is not comfortable for extra -third person.

In the center, new and good.
The entrance in the building and inside of the building looks like the revolution just stopped.
The main door is a joke. It has a window above the door(????!!!!???) and you can put your finger under the door. Noise, wind, privacy..
Bedroom with no window.(but you can observe this from the pictures)

The position in the city is excellent. The size of the apartment is also a big plus
Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as it could have been and there was an infestation of cockroaches
