SCONSIGLIATISSIMO E DA DENUNCIA

La vista.

NON CORRISPONDE assolutamente all'annuncio su Booking. Sembra una casa privata lasciata ai turisti per brevi periodi, dati i molti oggetti personali presenti, cibo aperto e prodotti usati. L’appartamento presenta gravi problematiche e differenze: • Conformazione diversa da quanto indicato, con la camera da letto fornita di biancheria al piano inferiore, accessibile solo da scale esterne. • Per accedere al soppalco serve una scala pieghevole instabile e pericolosa; in cima ci si trova di fronte a un muro, rendendo il passaggio rischioso, SOPRATTUTTO LA NOTTE per andare in bagno. • In sala c'è una TELECAMERA DI SORVEGLIANZA che abbiamo staccato, senza sapere se funzioni a batteria e da remoto. • L'aria condizionata non è in ogni ambiente: c'è solo un condizionatore portatile rumoroso al piano inferiore e un ventilatore pieno di polvere al piano superiore. • Alcune porte non hanno serrature. • La piscina idromassaggio è sgonfia e inutilizzabile (danneggiata dai precedenti inquilini e mai comunicato), mentre la piscina esterna ha alghe sul fondo per mancata pulizia. • La pulizia generale è pessima: ragnatele e polvere ovunque mi hanno causato un forte attacco d’asma la prima notte. • La lavatrice, situata in camera da letto, è sporca, malmessa e puzza di muffa. • La tappezzeria di sedie e panca in cucina è rovinata e strappata. Il proprietario ha risposto in modo irrispettoso: ha detto che per dormire sul soppalco potevamo arrangiarci a fare il letto (diversamente dalle foto del sito) e che l’attacco d’asma era un mio problema e non dovuto alla sporcizia. Non ha offerto soluzioni al disagio, nonostante i quasi 700€ per 6 notti, di cui 80€ DI PULIZIA! Ci siamo trovati con l’unica settimana di ferie rovinata e ci sentiamo truffati. Ad oggi attendiamo ancora risposte sulla telecamera in casa e da Booking per il rimborso della prenotazione. Peccato che Booking non dia la possibilità di caricare delle foto come prova SCONSIGLIATISSIMO E DA DENUNCIA.

Una bella vacanza rilassante.

Un posto meraviglioso, nella natura e nella pace dei sensi. Una vasca idromassaggio bellissima e rilassante, una piscina comoda e grande, un bellissimo giardino e una vista aperta su colline. Ci ritornerei volentieri anche con il mio animale domestico.

Essendo che non siamo abituati a questi tipi di strade, gli ultimi metri di strada sono stati i più difficili di tutta la vacanza. Perché purtroppo la strada è in salita e non è asfaltata. Ma c’è l’abbiamo fatta. E una volta arrivati è tutto molto bello e rilassante.

Un posto meraviglioso, nella natura e nella pace dei sensi. Una vasca idromassaggio bellissima e rilassante, una piscina comoda e grande, un bellissimo giardino e una vista aperta su colline. Ci ritornerei volentieri anche con il mio animale domestico.

Essendo che non siamo abituati a questi tipi di strade, gli ultimi metri di strada sono stati i più difficili di tutta la vacanza. Perché purtroppo la strada è in salita e non è asfaltata. Ma c’è l’abbiamo fatta. E una volta arrivati è tutto molto bello e rilassante.
