At first, both the receptionists were very welcoming and showing lovely hospitality, it was a smooth check in , I even received an upgrade to my room which was a perfect start to my stay. I feel I need to mention the delicious green apple that they served (;
The hotel is clean and quiet , located in a perfect spot near many attractions . The amazing scent in the hotel keeps cheering me up every time we walked in.
My kids liked the pool and the play ground very much.
I will definitely come again .
Breakfast needs improvement ( like adding scrambled eggs, nuggets, whole grain bread and brown breads … etc )
And needs to improve the taste of foul.
I was disappointed by the buffet so I had to take my breakfast outside the hotel in the next night to have a better food experience in Riyadh.

The location and support staff were excellent
Breakfast buffet needs more diversity or inclusiveness.
There were no great options for people with Egg allergies unfortunately.

Spacious area... calm...
Smelly bathroom... and may be this is the biggest problem of this premise.
