We stayed at this hotel because we were able to book a room for 5 people, an option many hotels don't offer, and it offered a charging station for our EV. Breakfast was decent, offering waffles, breakfast sandwiches, and oatmeal, along with other options like toast/bagels and cold cereal.
The front desk staff was aloof and not very helpful. When I asked for a room on the side of the hotel opposite the freeway, I was told it would cost extra and they were unable to offer it because we booked and paid through Booking.com. The beds were ok, but the pillows were awful - they literally had air in them to make them puffier, it was bizarre. The EV chargers ended up being Tesla, which we could not use on our vehicle. It was extremely inconvenient, as we had to stop nearby to charge the car the next morning for nearly 40 mins.

Staff coming to my door saying it’s time to check out at 9:30 when check out was not until 11:00. She should’ve known what the check out times.

Location was great. Breakfast was good was hoping to see biscuits and gravy. But had the best omelets!
My blanket on the bed looked like a bed skirt. It was like sewn in the corners where it would cover a box spring. I would have liked just a flat blanket. A big reason my rating is low was because the shower was cold. My sink water was hotter than my shower!! I actually shivered while taking a quick shower. 😞
