The elevator was sketchy. I felt like I was going to be stuck a couple of times.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff was very accommodating, especially Colleen.
The shower temp could be improved. Had the faucet to the max and temp was just a little above cool. Fruit on breakfast was a little dated. Bananas had dark spots on them. Sound proofing was not very good. Room above us sounded like a heard of elephants. Also, usb outlets between beds did not work.

Nice and clean. Nice breakfast. Easy to get to right off the interstate.
Booking.com messed up our registration somehow so when we arrived at 2:30am, the hotel didn’t have our reservation. It took over an hour to check in. We were exhausted from driving all night. Don’t get in our room until 3:35am. This should never have happened.
