The overall experience completely surprised me and those who traveled with me. I have recommended that my organization use this hotel for all of our lodging needs when we travel to Indianapolis. Simply impressive!
Honestly, I would've liked to have checked in earlier. Traveling from Chicago, I arrived in the afternoon and couldn't find much to do until 4. Maybe 2 or 3 would have been more satisfying.

Everything! The suites were large, comfortable, and clean. Beds were comfortable, the soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner smelled amazing, and the towels were fluffy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect; we were able to walk to dinner and even Costco! Breakfast was expansive and delicious! There is an evening manager's reception with free snacks and cookies. The pool was large and clean, and the Fitness Center was well equipped. The sound proofing in the rooms was exceptional also! Not only were we unable to hear the noise from the atrium, but there was a storm in the night and we could barely hear the rain and thunder. I highly recommend and would stay again if we are in the area!

the staff that we did speak to were very nice and helpful
our room wasn’t very clean. when we walked in my kids found ball put balls everywhere and nerd dart guns. It just seemed like they came in put new bedding on and left. The sheets for the pull out bed were dirty as well. The towel hook in the bathroom was one turn away from coming out of the wall and anytime you hit it drywall or plaster would fall out. just didn’t seem worth the money we paid
