I liked everything in this hotel thanks to everyone especially Reem for everything and her kindness and also to the hotel owner. The breakfast is nice and delicious
Location is special and near to Meydan and Forum Shopping Mall
It's our second stay here
And if I come back to Trabzon again I will stay here staff is perfect everything is perfect

كانت إقامتي رائعة بكل المقاييس. موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من العديد من الأماكن السياحية والمطاعم والمقاهي، مما جعل التنقل سهلًا جدًا. الاستقبال كان احترافيًا منذ لحظة الوصول، وتم الترحيب بنا بكل لطف مع المساعدة في حمل الحقائب قبل تسجيل الدخول. حجزت شقة مكونة من غرفتي نوم، وكانت واسعة، نظيفة جدًا، ومريحة. الإفطار كان متنوعًا ولذيذًا مع خيارات كثيرة تناسب الجميع. أكثر ما أعجبني هو طاقم العمل، فجميعهم كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين ويحرصون على راحة النزلاء. شكرًا جزيلًا لتايفون، مريم، وريم على حسن الضيافة واهتمامهم بالتفاصيل، فقد جعلوا إقامتنا مميزة.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to many attractions, restaurants, and cafés, making it very convenient to get around. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us warmly and even helped with our luggage before check-in. We stayed in a spacious, spotless, and very comfortable two-bedroom apartment. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff, who were always friendly, respectful, and eager to help. Special thanks to Tayfun, Maryam, and Reem for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. They truly made our stay unforgettable.

Breakfast was good in general. Staff was good.
All beds were broken . There was a terrible smell in the bathroom for room 1.
