The cleanliness and the security. Was a very safe and secure place. Facilities were also good.
The rules. We were with kids on holiday but had to limit their playing due to the noise rules and also for the braai rules and time limits.

Central location. We had 2 units - 1 was very modern and cosy. Swimming pool was clean
We booked 3 units with 2 bedrooms and was later told it will be changed to 2 3-bedroom units. The 2 units were totally different. 1 was modern and stylish and the other had old cupboards in the kitchen. 1 chair was broken with a written note not to sit on it. The side door also had some hinge issues. The 1 room had some signs and smell of mould. In the kitchen, there was not enough cutlery to use or dishing spoons. 1small pan. There was a braaistand but it was broken. Braai area/pool only used until 8pm. It said daily housekeeping which did not happen. Neighbours were not very welcoming and we had a delayed check in at the gate with security.
When i raised the issues to the host, she was not very receptive or trying to understand why the issues were raised.
