Angela was a wonderful host. Her breakfasts were artful and delicious.
The room was double booked by Booking. Angela upgraded me for free for my first two nights. Downside was I needed to change rooms midway through my stay. Angela made it work comfortably.

Location was perfect. Just outside of al the business of the college and colonial district, but literally took 5 minutes to drive to it.
The B&B was awesome. The host/innkeeper was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and all the coffee we could consume! Had breakfast with another traveling family and had great conversation around the table.
Wonderful place to stay. Would totally stay here again!
When we visited, it was hot outside. So coming in from walking around all afternoon and evening, we were hot and ready to get into some cool air. Each room doesn’t have their own AC, or if it did, we didn’t see it. It wasn’t hot in the room, but just not as cool as we like, BUT there was a ceiling fan, so after laying under that for a couple minutes, we got comfortable and still had a great night sleep.
