The place is located within easy access to the mall and other attractions. It is close to a restaurant that offers breakfast and is family friendly.
The pedestrian gate was not working properly and I got stuck on it.

Beautiful place the pictures on here don’t do justice to the place, friendly security and housekeeping staff, love that there is an aircon, the place was clean and neat when got there,
We had a lot of issues with the codes for the gate, they seemed to work only once, if we go out and come back they never worked, had to request for new code each time we had to go into the building

Beautiful place. Especially the verrandar or balcony. Very relaxing especially during summer.
The people. We enquired with 2 ladies at first reception who were just ignorant of us before directing us further. We were told to sit outside to seat outside whilst a group was being assisted. Had to stand up to go check in to get a key. Struggled with a PIN to get in. Had to go back to get new PIN.
We had expected to find at least 2 towels in the bathroom, and a carpet to use after taking a shower. The bedroom was okay. But then for an executive apartment which get serviced daily, I hoped to find 2 gowns with slippers in the closet.
Thanks for the cold water in the fridge.
All in all, there at the ground floor the 2 ladies at concierge need extra training on people skills.

The place is convenient as it is accessible from the free way and it has shops around it especially for emergencies. It’s quiet and has tight security. The room was comfortable.
Firstly when I arrived at the hotel both receptionists couldn’t locate my booking. A lady called Wazi (sic) had nasty remarks when they called her. I struggled to open the room because of the app that is used to open the door(Room 4210). Ultimately opened but had to sleep with door unlocked because was not sure if it would open. Towels were not enough and the shower booth does not have stands for my shower gals and face washes. The room seemingly was not cleaned that day because it had other things left behind by a guest. Your codes for the gates are not working, can’t even go out. Stuck in the hotel. Wazi told me to deal with Bookings.com. She said she has nothing to do with my booking if I am struggling and I can cancel with them if I wanted to because I refused to go sleep in Sandton because the hotel in Midrand was full and will have to go to overflow.
