Sehr stylisch und gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Extrem freundliches Personal. Tolle Gemeinschaftsräume.

Lediglich die Lage, alles andere ist top. Das Hotel bzw der hotelkomplex an sich ist super sauber, toll ausgestattet und in Schuss. Man ist zwar mit dem Bus schnell in der Innenstadt, aber die Straßen vor dem Hotel sind unglaublich dreckig. Aber es kann das Hotel ja nix dafür.

The room was very spacious — actually, it wasn't a room but a small studio with a kitchenette, office area, and more. The toilet and bathroom area were separate, which was very convenient given that we were three people. The studio's equipment and decor are excellent — very modern, almost futuristic. Everything was very clean. We only spent one night there, but we could easily have stayed longer.

First, access was not so easy. They have an enclosed parking area, and we first had to stand there with our car in front of a closed gate. After a while we found a phone number to call, and the receptionist opened it for us. To get out again, you have to stand with your car in front of the gate until someone apparently notices a car is waiting and presses the button to open it. This could perhaps be solved better by giving guests a code to enter, at least. Second, there was only one person at the reception, and he wasn't even a Cowool employee but worked for a security company — it was his first night on the job there. He was very friendly and professional, but this could easily have gone wrong (see below). We had booked for two adults and an 8-year-old child. The booking stated that our child could stay in the studio for free, but it wasn't very clear what that actually meant. There was indeed a sofa our son could sleep on, but no sheets or pillows had been prepared for it. The receptionist was very helpful and searched the laundry room for two clean sheets and a pillowcase, which solved the problem, but we would have expected this to be arranged before our arrival. Then, shortly after we went to bed, at around midnight, the fire alarm went off, and people started coming out of their rooms in their pajamas, running down the stairs, and gathering in front of the hotel. After about 20 minutes the alarm stopped, and the receptionist told us we could go back to our rooms. Apparently, a woman had singed her hair with a hair dryer, setting off the alarm. A second employee, whom we hadn't seen before, said this happens fairly often, usually when people are cooking. I guess that's the downside of studios compared to regular hotel rooms. On a more amusing note, the shower is open on one side to the rest of the apartment, separated only by a plant, so anyone walking past can see you showering — rather unusual! Also, the bed is tucked inside a closet!

Struttura davvero molto bella, moderna e arredata con grande gusto. Tutto l'ambiente è organizzato alla perfezione e la pulizia è assolutamente impeccabile in ogni spazio.Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff: sono stati super simpatici, accoglienti e incredibilmente efficienti nel rispondere a ogni esigenza.

Monolocale pulitissimo e ampio. Cucina molto attrezzata. Spazi comuni molto belli e variegati. Personale gentile. Il centro di Avignone è raggiungibile con il tram.
