The bed had no bugs and was so comfortable. The price was so cheap. The room was very quiet. I had a fridge.

Strategic location as nearby bus station and MRT station, friendly staff , clean room and toilet , quite environment
Limited spaces for two luggage to open

Hot water supply in bathroom was limited. No sign for check in location outside its building so a call was needed when arrive. Don't arrive outside business hours otherwise you may end up sleeping on the street. Also payment was in cash only unless you know how to make deposit at a local bank prior to arrival. Overall not an easy place for new arrival to the country.
