This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel; the service was excellent and efficient. The receptionist—Akram, if I recall correctly—was very respectful; he was on duty around 4 PM on Sunday and upgraded my booking at no extra cost.
Parking came with a fee, and I found it very expensive—150 per night for a hotel guest. I think it would have been better if the cost had been around 50 or 75 pounds.
