Bliskość wszędzie, do morza, do centrum, do sklepów, piekarni, do promu, do knajpy, która jest po drugiej stronie ulicy i śmiało można polecić. Stosunek jakości do ceny. Dobry, szybki kontakt z właścicielem. Duży taras, chociaż przydałyby się ze dwa wygodniejsze krzesła/fotele. Rzutki i piłkarzyki fajnie wypełniały wolny czas. Kwatera zachowana w starym stylu, bez nowoczesności, ma to swój urok, ale nie wszystkim może odpowiadać. Ogólnie miejsce do polecenia na spokojny wypoczynek na wyspie Brać.
Zmywarka zdecydowanie podniosłaby komfort całej kwatery. Roślinność wokół domu mogłaby być bardziej zadbana. Brak klimatyzacji w jednej sypialni, ale da się schłodzić całość domu pozostałymi na tyle, że to nie przeszkadza.

Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr nette Managerin. Sie hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Lage des Apartments ist unschlagbar. In nur 3 Minuten erreicht man den Strand und in 8 den Hafen. Wir waren als Familie aus 6 Personen sehr zufrieden.
