Very comfortable and clean property, in a great location on the park, overlooking the lake. Private parking. Property includes a fully equipped kitchen for our stay including dishwasher and washer dryer and lots of kitchenware. Toiletries, towels etc included. Wi Fi at the property. There is an outside balcony with seating overlooking the lake which had ducks & moorhens on. Peaceful but 5 minutes walk to the on site pub restaurant, shop etc.
I’ve stayed in a couple of different properties on this park & this was by far the best. Property included games & local information.
Great communication with the property owners. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing I didn’t like, but the outdoor cushions were soaked after a couple of days rain before we arrived . A small storage box on the decking & asking holidaymakers to put them away after use, at end of stay, or if raining would be a great bonus.

Lovely, peaceful location overlooking the lake in the meadows, at the Bay holiday village. Beautifully presented, dog friendly and had everything we needed.
Everything was great except the mattresses in both rooms weren’t very comfortable. It wouldn’t put us off staying again but we’d have to bring our own mattress toppers if we chose to stay more than 2 nights- Highly recommend swapping them for memory foam mattresses or having the option of a topper, especially for those of us with disabilities. I would have given this place a 10 if the beds had been better.
