The staff were friendly and the property was clean and they provide a unique value for staying on the property like the photo session

There are too many cars and bikes moving in front of the hotel during the night, which makes a lot of noise. We cannot sleep properly in most of the rooms where the view is on the road because of the noise.

Overall, it was a perfect experience. Having an ATM inside the hotel was a huge advantage.

The breakfast menu is somewhat limited, especially for Arab guests looking for traditional options.

We had a fantastic stay at Botanica Sanctuary. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The infinity pool overlooking the mountains was the highlight of our stay. The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel—the steak was excellent—and breakfast offered a great variety of quality food. A bonus was the hotel's proximity to Royal Safari Gardens. We had an amazing Dine with Giraffe tea experience and even got to feed the giraffes, making our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing nature getaway with great food and unforgettable experiences.

The location was lovely, nestled in the hills on Puncak, close to Taman Safari and in a little enclave of other accommodation and restaurants.

The staff were not very helpful nor responsive to our requests. We had to ask about 3 times for more water and about 5 times to have a sofa bed made up for our children. We were not made to feel welcome. Breakfast was average. There is not a proper gym at the resort and the pool is overcrowded with only 6 sun beds. It was not a relaxing place to be.
