Close to bus station, clean, good lighting, shower, bed, breakfast choice, helpful desk staff, carried my bag up and down 2 flights stairs, balcony
I didn’t mind but is 20-25 min walk into centre of town, my room good for 1 would have been tight with 2 suitcases

The hotel is located very close to Banja Luka’s main bus station, which is convenient for regional and intercity travel. However, travellers should know that the airport shuttle connecting Banja Luka Airport with the city centre does not stop at the bus station. The reception staff were very friendly, spoke fluent English, and the hotel’s large café-restaurant was genuinely pleasant.Breakfast was sufficient, but the selection was quite limited. The location is practical for the main bus station, but not for the airport shuttle. Anyone looking for accommodation close to the airport shuttle stop would be better off choosing Hotel Bosna, which is located very near the place where the shuttle stops.
Although the hotel presents itself as a four-star property, by Spanish standards it felt closer to a two-star hotel. The rooms are dated, with old carpets that give the room a slightly musty smell, and the air-conditioning unit was very noisy. Everything was clean, but the rooms would benefit greatly from renovation.

Only the caffe bar on the ground floor
Small very old rooms, smells very old, nothing renovated, opposite from the reception open electrical cables box, toilettes dissaster. The beds small and uncomfortable, very sharp part of the wall next to the pillow of one bed so hitting with the head always
