The hotel itself is lovely, but what truly makes this place priceless is the incredible staff!
Their customer care is second to none: communication via WhatsApp was always fast and accurate. Even though we arrived at 3:00 AM, they welcomed us with genuine warmth and big smiles, which immediately made a difference.
The room was amazing—spacious, warm, and extremely comfortable... it really felt like being at home.
A flawless stay thanks to wonderful people. Highly recommended!

We were a family of 5 and had booked 2 rooms. Our rooms were next to each other. Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The driver Rafael picked us up from the airport and throughout our stay was available to pick and drop us anywhere in the city at no cost. Ana and Jimen were super nice in taking care of our needs. Hot Breakfast every morning was excellent. They arranged the Salt Flats tour for us with English guide Baimar who was excellent. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
It didn’t bother us much since Rafael was always a WhatsApp text away to come pick us up but the property is a little away from Uyuni city center and at the edge of a dark street. However, the property is well lit and we always felt safe.

Friendly and helpful staff
there were wires hanging out of the walls and marks on the ceiling it felt like the room was still under construction. The courtains did not cover the whole windows so people could see you from outside. The toilett smell a bit bad/"funny"
