Ok. But I think I’d chose a vista or view next time.

Location. Space. Facilities. It was unfortunately at the rear of the block so we were denied the intimacy of overlooking the square But it was therefore quiet too. 5 th floor and an ancient but perfectly serviceable lift. Spacious. Well appointed

The seating left much to be desired. V uncomfortable sofas which of course were sofa beds of a pretty basic design. We didn’t need to have them as such and would have much preferred it to have been designed as a two bedroom flat. Not a two bedroom flat with two additional pop up beds I also didn’t like the selection. It appeared that there were several flats available as the photos were clearly not just one flat. And thus proper selection was not possible. See my comments on street view. .

Excellent Apartment as described, centrally located, well equipped and reasonably priced

Apartment on the Plaza de Merced very centrally located. Majority of venues and attractions within easy walking distance. Many cafes and restaurants line the plaza and is a taxi rank basd there as well if required. Apartment was as described 2 rooms - 1 double bed and another with 2 single beds. the sofa is also a fold out bed if required. Very high level of cleanliness, towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen so you can easily cook all your meals there if you wished. We didn't avail of this but is always nice to have. Host was very professionals and accommodating. Contacted me a day before the visit to confirm arrival times and was ready to greet us on arrival. A booklet was provided with nearby shops and venues and Martina also messages us additional ones as well. There are 3 supermarkets within a 5 min walk with anything you could reasonably want. Hot water and shower are heated on demand from a gas boiler and so is readily available. Wifi is also available within the apartment. We alos had excellent 5G mobile phone signal as well within the apartment We were very happy with our stay and would happily rebook on a future trip if was available

Ottima posizione, alloggio confortevole, luminoso con tutto il necessario, tipologia elettrodomestici in cucina più che soddisfacenti, doccia molto spaziosa con acqua calda prodotta da scaldabagno a gas.

Materassi decisamente troppo troppo morbidì, con fosse. Aria condizionata presente ma insufficiente. Lavandini bagni un po’ troppo bassi.
