We weren't able to have breakfast at we had to leave at 7.30, we also wasn't able to use the pool as this didn't open till 8. I wanted to have a swim and breakfast before leaving - set my alarm for 6 and was disappointed as I did pay for these facilities. But the room its self was comfortable and clean.

Staff are brilliant, we stay regularly and always enjoy the stay.
If there is an event on it can sometimes be a little noisy but asking for a quiet room was fine.

Proximity to where my daughter lives
I was able to move rooms due to a noisy event held in the ballroom below my room
There was live music in the bar which was very loud as well as an event in the ballroom which was also incredibly loud and located just below my room.
WiFi was very poor, was shut down one afternoon and didn’t work at all next day.
