Unreliable Host Without Any Commitment

Ich habe dieses Apartment gebucht, das laut Anzeige verfügbar war. Die Buchungsbestätigung erhielt ich sofort. Da wir aus einer anderen Stadt zum Flughafen anreisten, wollten wir das Apartment noch am selben Tag beziehen, um uns vor dem Abflug kurz auszuruhen. Direkt nach der Buchung versuchte ich, den Anbieter unter der bei Booking hinterlegten Telefonnummer zu erreichen – das Telefon war ausgeschaltet. Erst als wir bereits im Taxi Richtung Astana unterwegs waren, erhielt ich eine kurze WhatsApp-Nachricht: „Здравствуйте. К сожалению квартира недоступна....“ („Guten Tag. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht verfügbar“). Für Reisende, die auf solche Überraschungen nicht flexibel reagieren können oder dringend eine verlässliche Unterkunft benötigen, kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Der Anbieter scheint noch nicht mit dem Buchungsstandard vertraut zu sein, den man in Europa so gewohnt ist – insbesondere was Erreichbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit bestätigter Reservierungen betrifft. Außerdem hat der Anbieter beim Booking‑Service angegeben, dass ich am 23.03.2026 nicht angereist wäre __________________________________________________________ I booked an apartment that was shown as available, and I received an immediate booking confirmation. Since we were traveling from another city to the airport, we planned to check in on the same day and use the apartment to rest before our flight. Right after booking, I tried calling the host using the phone number listed on Booking, but the phone was switched off. While we were already in a taxi heading toward Astana, I received a short WhatsApp message from the host: “Здравствуйте. К сожалению квартира недоступна” (“Hello. Unfortunately, the apartment is not available”). For travelers who cannot easily deal with such last‑minute surprises or who rely on a confirmed place to stay, I cannot recommend this accommodation. The host seems unfamiliar with the level of reliability and service standards in Europa

Депозит в такой квартире не уместен, это только для того, чтобы не курили, наверно.

Посуда грязная, скатерть старая и липкая, ванная грязная, пришлось самой помыть. Везде волосы и пятна. Когда квартира не только уютная, но и чистая, там даже депозит не нужен. Всегда стараюсь проживать аккуратно.

Посуда грязная, скатерть старая и липкая, ванная грязная, пришлось самой помыть. Везде волосы и пятна. Когда квартира не только уютная, но и чистая, там даже депозит не нужен. Всегда стараюсь проживать аккуратно.
