Solo por la vista y ubicación.

El dpto tiene muy buena ubicación, camas limpias cómodas, linda vista de las montañas nevadas, cerca del puerto, Av principal, comercios restaurantes, museos y cafeterías. Un muy buen punto estratégico para quienes van por pocos fías todo cerca. Me olvidaba Buena calefaccion!.

Una ventana no cierra bien, el baño limpio pero con olor a cloacas todo el tiempo, algo no le funciona bien!!! Pierda agua tambien. Ducha: (te bañas o cerras la cortina) las dos cosas no!!. Ducha y baño estan separados. La seguridad me pareció algo escasa,

Falta supervisión al ofrecer el departamento.

La ubicación y la calefacción central.

Al entrar al departamento ya te encontraste con el dormitorio,hay una cama individual en la cocina, pegada a la mesa de comer,espacios muy reducidos,no tiene cocina,escasos utensilios, en Enero hay 18 horas de luz y en la cocina donde hay una cama para descansar y dormir no cuenta con cortinas en ninguna de las dos ventanas, por lo cual el descanso es imposible, falta de privacidad al salir de la ducha, la ropa de cama es vieja. En resumen, el departamento no está en condiciones para ser alquilado por turistas. Es un desastre. Las fotos que se muestran han sido tomadas en forma aislada, por lo cual te decepcionas al entrar. Una lástima porque la ubicación es muy buena.
