Location was excellent, it was quiet, the room was clean.
Bed was uncomfortable, A/C was not working. Explanation we were given was that they don’t turn on cooling until June 15. This was not specified anywhere in the hotel description. If we knew, we would have chosen another place as this mattered a lot to us.

It'a my first time when I see what means term "service" in the hotel- the staff really friendly, and try to make sure you're okay
The staff member come to refil your coffee at breakfast, also not me carried heavy suitcase but young man from hotel staff did. Administrator also was very polite and helpful
I like the interior design, it's modern but rather calm. For 3-stars-rated hotels its very good
Also every day you provided with botteled drinking water, which is very important in summer time
Well, some facilities needs renovation, but nothing crucial and everything is working

The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was comfy. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and a safe.
The pillows were very lumpy and not very comfortable. The shower pressure was awful and it was either very hot or very cold. The hotel is very far from attractions in Ankara so you either need a car or pay for taxis. However the Anatkule tower is within walking distance. For us the location was too far and we struggled for food in Ankara as we are vegetarian.
