++ After a 5 night stay, they stored bags overnight for me which was a lifesaver - the train station only stores suitcases during the day!!
+ kind and helpful staff - from receptionist to cleaner to cafe staff
+ location is prime
+10% discount in Malevenda cafe for guest (attached at ground floor) and the tortas offered are regular and vegan (they are known for the red velvet cake)
+ The elevator is particularly cute, old with character.
+ passcode to get in lobby, card to get in apartment and room.
- No shared hand towel in the dorm room nor electric hand dryer, you can *rent* (not buy) a hand towel or regular sized towel.
-The top bunk is very high up with only a short 1.5’ gate…I didn’t feel safe as I roll around in my sleep. I put the pillow between the bed and the short gate to add height and cushion to wake me before falling over and down.
-The top of the stairs to the top bunk welding is open and not padded down and I cut myself on it once which stung a lot the next day in the salt water sea and my nightgown got caught on it multiple times, so it’s really not safe.

Great location with a very comfortable and spacious room. The view from our terrace was amazing and the cafe downstairs was lovely.
Not many staff around and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was a paper takeaway bag left on our terrace.
