The location is perfect , in the heart of Heraklion…staff were very friendly and helpful and room was clean.
nevertheless there were some issues with the hotel this time and it felt quite off since we last visited the place. Shower plate is broken and it spills water everywhere, tv is not working at all and air conditioning filter needs to be cleaned otherwise it is not working properly….additionally they changed the coffee brand ( it was Hausbrandt before) and it was disappointing to taste.
