The location was very handy for the bus stop to the main bus terminal. A good local SPAR shop very close but for 2 weeks' stay we used a larger supermarket. The air-conditioned apartment was spacious and very comfortable for 2 people. The little utility room was a bonus. There was a generous supply of towels and bedding and the kitchen was adequately stocked, although it could do with a wooden spoon for stirring!
If you use the air conditioning, the condensation comes out into a bucket on the small balcony and that bucket needs to be emptied every day. We used it to water the window boxes but it is still a slight inconvenience. The kitchen is "compact and bijou" but manageable. The other little niggle was the shower room being off the kitchen, which I thought a little unhygienic with only a folding door but I can understand the space constraints.

Struttura ampia e accogliente, con tutto il necessario per prepararsi da mangiare. Disponibile anche una lavatrice. Comunicazione efficiente con l’host.
La sera è praticamente impossibile trovare parcheggio in zona perché sono tutti occupati, quindi spesso abbiamo parcheggiato l’auto 5-10 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento.

Rude owner, we cleaned the dishes, took the trash etc. after our stay and we got a message that we left a mess. Deeper cleaning after guests should be included in the price and it was here, but seems the owner does not provide it in reality.
Broken toilet blamed on us, as we flashed it "too hard"...
2 toilet paper rolls for 5 days for 3 people, after we asked, could be provided more as courtesy, we got it, but then mentioned in the message as something wrong we asked
we paid 5 euro tax with international transfer later as we did not know about it during our stay and the owner became furious.
If you do not have tact to work with people do not offer a service please.
