We loved the beautiful views of the kangaroos and the bay from the super comfortable upstairs living area. Beautiful cool breeze from the adjoining large verandah was delightful. Large well equipped kitchen was great for our family. Access to washing machine and dryer was very helpful. Beautifully appointed furnishings. Plenty of storage space for everything. Clean bathrooms. A selection of beach equipment in the garage was thoughtful and even though we brought our own, it was very family friendly for school aged children. Big grassy backyard. Fans in 2 bedrooms and aircon in main bedroom. The beach across the road is beautiful and the resident kangaroos are amazing to watch in their natural habitat. There is a spectacular cliff top bush walk that is accessible only minutes walk from the house (you'll have to climb approx 130 stairs to reach it- but it's worth every step).

Location was amazing, plenty of wildlife including kangaroos and beach across the road.
No gas in bbq I had to go get some just before we were going to cook. (Still waiting on reimbursement)
The sofa bed had a filthy mattress protector and the bed wasn’t cleaned with food left under it. Wasn’t enough linen for bed either. (Airkeeper did drop of more linen 2 days later)

The property itself is nice, modern and clean. Close to the beach and bushwalks in the National Park.
The experience with the managing agent was very frustrating - sending confusing messages about payment cancelled (not true) and threatening to cancel booking. Demanding to provide unnecessary personal information or the booking would be cancelled. Upon arrival we found the only toiled to be locked from inside and so the only access to toilet for all guests was through the en-suite. Also, for the very high cleaning fee which was charged on top of the price, I wouldn't expect to have to take out rubbish bins.
