Location was great nice quiet neighbourhood
Room was extremely warm! Could of done with a fan to keep the room cool

Clean, staff friendly, close to station so I didn’t need a taxi . Also ideal if you’re going to the bowl for a concert, near centre

We liked the key safe so you could come whenever you liked.
Large working TV was nice.
The bed was super comfortable and clean.
The size and the brightness of the room was nice.
The shower water was lovely and hot.
The parking was good.
The main factor is that the whole place needed tlc.
The main things were the head board being all scratched the toilets were blocked and little pressure
The furniture was poor and the microwave had no numbers which made it hard to use.
There was only one towel for two people.
We are quite down to earth and for the price our expectations were reasonable however even we didn't feel like the property was maintained enough.
If I'm being honest I would probably not return with the way it is but I think it wouldn't take to much to make it more welcoming.
