Please note that this review is for the overall experience- not just the room. If you are looking to get away from heavily touristy areas and stay in a guesthouse owned by a lovely family, this is a good experience! The family is so warm, and the children help out at the restaurant. The dog, who we named nicknamed Pork chop is so sweet as well! (And loves pork chops!) The restaurant is definitely worth eating at. We went twice and it was fabulous food! So good that we went back a second night. Huge portions, incredibly fresh ingredients, generous on the house dessert (and a 15% discount) There is a great view of the sea and surrounding area.
If I was going to review this property solely on the room, it would have to be much lower (prob 5 or 6) If you want a five star Hilton beach holiday hotel, this is not for you! The rooms need a lot of TLC and thorough cleaning. If you have backpacked in Thailand and have 'roughed' it, you will appreciate the bathroom here (as well as the overall quirkiness of the property). If not, you will be in for an unpleasant surprise of water spraying everywhere with the shower being right beside the toilet. Hot water is a hit or miss...

Si tratta di un piccolo B&B a conduzione familiare, molto semplice, pulito e accogliente. La nostra camera matrimoniale era abbastanza spaziosa e il balconcino delizioso. Al piano terra, sotto le stanze, i proprietari gestiscono una taverna: vi consigliamo assolutamente di provare i loro piatti!
Il paesaggio dalle camere è spettacolare. Se avete una macchina e avete intenzione di visitare Elafonissi, Balos o Falassarna, la posizione è perfetta.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare le più belle spiagge della zona. Bellissima la vista panoramica dal balcone della camera. Buona anche la cena e la colazione. Peccato che abbiamo potuto usufruirne solo il primo giorno! I giorni successivi abbiamo trovato chiuso, non sappiamo il motivo, ma sarebbe stato opportuno almeno comunicarlo!
La struttura ha delle potenzialità, ma necessita sicuramente di manutenzione e maggior cura anche nell'ordine, alcune parti dello stabile non si presentano proprio bene! Il problema più grosso è stato l'acqua calda : due giorni su tre praticamente assente!
