The location was great. Felt very secure, comfortable room, WiFi ok. Room very warm 🥵 good cooking facilities

we couldn't alter the heating which remained on all the time we were there, probably very expensive for the owner and definitely wasteful resources. TV a bit hit and miss with channel selection. No kitchen tools had to use a dining knife to cut vegetables. The room was down some fairly steep, carpeted steps within the building

The bed was super comfortable, sofas too, heating worked perfectly, water was nice and warm and was very adjustable in the sinks and showers.

The lack of cutlery, condiments, seasonings, shampoos, soaps.

Location excellent. Parking limited but with advice from owner found alternatives and wasn't a significant problem. Good level of comfort.

Kitchen could be better equipped eg cutlery, cooking utensils were limited. No knife for food preparation. Generally these things are standard and have never felt need to bring our own. Could do with some tidying up eg peeling paint, peeling laminate on cupboard doors etc. Outdoor area very unwelcoming. A little attention to detail for an insignificant outlay could make a big difference for future guests.
