Bardzo czysto i miła, konkretna obsługa ze strony Pani Iwany. Fajnie, że przy basenie funkcjonuje mały barek. Można kupić kawę czy lemoniadę w bardzo przystępnych cenach. Dowiedzieliśmy się wiele ciekawostek na temat życia w Bułgarii zwykłych ludzi za co bardzo dziękujemy. Jeszcze jedno. W Sarafowie jest świetna restauracja Kedara w centrum, gdzie można bardzo dobrze zjeść. Serwują naprawdę świetne dania i co najważniejsze są dobrze doprawione i są smaczne. Ceny dla 4 dorosłych i dziecka to ok. 55 -65 euro maksymalnie. Polecamy!!
Nie ma takich rzeczy. To co jest dla nas Polaków inne i może trochę dziwne to standard łazienek w Bułgarii. Nie ma w nich kabin prysznicowych, ale jest prysznic. Należy się zatem przyzwyczaić i do woli korzystać.

Värdinnan var fantastisk, svarade på alla frågor direkt som jag hade innan vi kom med vår grupp och visade att hon ville göra allt för att vi skulle ha det bra. Det fortsatte under vår vistelse också, hon hjälpte oss med information om bussar mm.
Hotellet var fräsch och rent, när stranden och gångavstånd till flygplatsen och till bussar både till Burgas, Sunny Beach och Nessebar.

Spotlessly maintained family run hotel, 10 mins from beach. They kindly let us check-in early as we were straight off the overnight bus from Bucharest.
As other reviewers have said, the bathroom is a wet room. Other places we've stayed have provided (and mandated the use of) a squeegee on a pole so the surface water can be swept into the floor drain after a shower. There was no such thing here, so I asked for one and showed staff the puddle in the shower. I was concerned about getting the carpet in the bedroom wet, and also about paddling in the bathroom all day. I was also concerned about slipping on the wet tiles. Staff told me not to worry about it, that her grandmother would clean it after we had gone. Still uncomfortable with the situation, I decided to sacrifice a t-shirt which we used throughout our stay to dry the floor after each shower.
