The staff were very kind and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel for just a few days while I was in town for medical examinations. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived, I discovered that the safe in my room was not working. I immediately informed the receptionist, but she was unable to assist me because the manager was the only person who had the key to access the safe, and he would not be available until 8:30 a.m. the following day. Because I did not feel comfortable leaving my passport and money unsecured in the room, I was unable to go out for dinner that evening. The following morning, I had to wait for the manager because I needed the safe to be fixed, which caused me to be late for my doctor’s appointment. On the day of my departure, I asked whether I could pay a reduced rate to keep the room until 4:00 p.m., as I only needed it for a few additional hours. I was told that I would have to pay the full nightly rate. I found this unreasonable, especially considering the inconvenience I had experienced during my stay. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of customer service, particularly the way the situation was handled by the manager. I expected more understanding and flexibility, especially given the circumstances. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and improve its customer service and its procedures for dealing with issues such as non-functioning room safes.
