Maximálisan jó helyen van. Kedvező az ára az elhelyezkedéshez képest.
A hatalmas alapterületet páratlanul russzul használja ki. A kb 70 négyzetméter ellenére nincs hely egyetlen éjjeliszekrénynek sem az ágy mellett. A szekrénnyi párna számomra alkalmatlan alváshoz, kispárna nincs. A mosdó nulla pakolófelület van, törölközőnek sincs akasztó. A mélyhűtő befagyva, nem erőltettük a kinyitását. Az ágy lehetne a park felőli oldalon (ott elférne az éjjeli szekrény is, de az utca fronton van.

Az apartman elhelyezkedése kiváló, nagyon tiszta, jól megközelíthető és közel van a központhoz. A tágas lakás beosztása és a bútorok elrendezése is nagyszerű. Különösen tetszett, hogy a kulcsok átvétele, leadása és a fizetés a szomszédos hotel recepcióján történik – ez a 24 órás elérhetőség miatt rendkívül kényelmessé és rugalmassá tette az ügyintézést. Szívesen visszatérnék ide, és másoknak is ajánlom a szállást!
Bár volt internet a lakásban, a Wi-Fi jelszó sehol nem volt feltüntetve, és sajnos a recepción sem tudták megadni, ami a mai világban már alapvető elvárás lenne. A konyha egyébként jól felszerelt, de a kés teljesen tompa volt, így még a reggeli kenyérszeletelés is nehézséget okozott. Ezek csak apróságok, de kis odafigyeléssel javíthatók lennének a tökéletes élményért.

In apropiere, parcare, restaurante, cofetarii, obiective turistice. Totul a fost perfect. Se plateste o cautiune care este returnata la plecare.

The location is excellent, right in the city center on Oskola Street, which makes it very convenient. The apartment itself is basically nice and would be spacious and pleasant, even though it is converted from an older residential building.
Unfortunately, the heating situation was a serious issue for us. The bedroom had no heating at all, and several areas (kitchen, toilet, bathroom) were also unheated. Heating relied mainly on air conditioners in the living room and in one other room, plus a single old gas convector; however, this setup is clearly insufficient in winter conditions (around –2 °C), especially for heating the more distant parts of the apartment.
The gas convector and its installation did not feel reassuring from a safety perspective, and the presence of carbon monoxide detector made it difficult to feel comfortable, especially at night. In addition, the kitchen was very cold; although there was a heating unit installed, no remote control was provided, so it could not be used properly. The kettle in the kitchen was also extremely limescaled and dirty, which further reduced the overall comfort. Overall, the heating system is outdated, uncomfortable in cold weather, and raises safety and maintenance concerns.
