I simply cannot fault Netherbrae. It is a magnificent building, sensitively, artistically and attractively decorated. The facilities are superb and the welcome was warm and friendly. The location is ideal as it is convenient for Edinburgh, is in a quiet residential area with free parking and yet 5 minutes walk to a good shopping centre to buy supplies for break fast and dinner.

Beautiful spacious room with lovely outlook and big window. Full of character and utterly delightful. Lovely touches to the decor. Tea/coffee making in the room. Beautiful house and communal areas.
No ensuite facilities. The bathroom was beautiful but shared, so I didn't feel I could enjoy it properly
