Good location, very easy to get to from train station. Clean, adequate, quite small for three people. View of tip of Matterhorn from balcony. Zermatt is a beautiful town.
Found the check in process very confusing with unnecessary procedures. Check in machine at property, didn’t work but no one at reception there so had to walk back to a reception in entirely different location to check in and get keys. When we finally got into room no bed was made up (and no towel) for the third person.

Spacious, well equipped 3 bedroom apartment that was perfect for our group of 6. Short walk to Zermatt center and also close to bus stop.
No criticism. Only suggestion would be to have an iron and ironing board in the apartment. Otherwise everything we needed was provided.

The room had a lovely view, it was very modern and clean. Zermatt is a lovely town.
When I initially searched for this accommodation I filtered by Parking available on site. After driving around in circles for over an hour I was very frustrated to find out that the parking in is another town and Zermatt is car free. This was sent in a very poorly formatted message that could not be accessed on mobile, all the links did not work and I had to try figure it out on my own. It was not made clear that check in needs two be made at another hotel, this needs to be made very clear because people are travelling with luggage, on foot and its very frustrating being sent back and forth after a long day of travelling.
