We stayed here for one night as a stopover with a baby. It is a stunning hotel with spacious rooms and an incredible view of the lake, including a crazy sunset. You can even see wildlife right up by the hotel fence, such as water buffaloes, peacocks, and more! Since we were just passing through with a baby, we didn't do a safari, but I highly recommend this hotel regardless.
It's worth noting that there aren't many independent restaurants in the immediate area around the hotel. As a result, you will likely eat most of your meals at the hotel’s restaurant or at nearby hotels, and the prices reflect that. That being said, the food was delicious!

The hotel staff were absolutely lovely. The villa was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a modern bathroom and excellent water pressure in the shower. The pool was beautiful, overlooking an amazing view.
The hotel also arranged an excellent safari guide for us named Kumara. He was absolutely fantastic and managed to spot leopards for us, which made the experience truly unforgettable.

The staff were amazing. They organised a Yala Safari with Kumara who was excellent. Our room was super clean. The hotel has a really quiet and relaxed environment.

The staff were brilliant and so helpful. We stayed in a villa with private pool which was very comfortable and modern. Also went on a great safari trip, Saminda was the best driver you could ask for…..great fun!
