Appartamento sporco e trascurato. Esperienza deludente. Non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei
La posizione molto vicino alla piazza principale del paese
l’appartamento si è rivelato molto al di sotto delle aspettative e, soprattutto, non idoneo ad ospitare 8 persone come indicato nell’annuncio.
L’alloggio viene venduto per 8 persone, ma è di fatto adatto al massimo a 6. Il quarto letto, previsto per il 7° e 8° ospite, consiste in una brandina molto dura e senza un vero materasso, assolutamente inadatta per due persone.
Pulizia completamente insufficiente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato polvere ovunque, ragnatele, tende impolverate, cuscini sporchi e bagni con capelli e sporcizia. La cucina era talmente sporca da risultare inizialmente inutilizzabile (siamo dovuti ricorrere a bar e ristoranti i primi due giorni con 4 minuti in casa).
Dopo due giorni di solleciti e promesse non mantenute dalla ditta delle pulizie allertata dalla proprietaria abbiamo dovuto pulire personalmente l’appartamento, perdendo circa mezza giornata di vacanza: dai pavimenti abbiamo raccolto ben quattro secchi di acqua nera, oltre a dover rimuovere grasso e sporcizia dalla cucina. Abbiamo anche dovuto acquistare prodotti per le pulizie perché quelli presenti nell’appartamento erano sporchi e inutilizzabili.
La quantità di polvere ci ha provocato problemi allergici, tanto da dover ricorrere ad antistaminici, e in due persone sono comparse anche bolle sul corpo dopo aver utilizzato il divano letto.
Anche la manutenzione lascia molto a desiderare. I bagni sono fatiscenti, alcune lampadine erano fulminate, gli utensili da cucina sono scarsi e comunque non sufficienti per 8 persone. La caldaia è malfunzionante e fa accendere i termosifoni mentre si utilizza l’unica doccia dell’appartamento: una situazione particolarmente assurda durante una delle estati più calde degli ultimi anni.
Anche la macchina del caffè a cialde era in pessime condizioni: sporca e con acqua dall’odore di muffa. Dopo averla pulita e sanificata personalmente, abbiamo scoperto che non funzionava (altri soldi buttati per le cialde acquistate).
