The location was very convenient to public transportation (trams, metro), food stores and a close distance to Melbourne City. The hotel room met my expectations in terms of size and was well taken care off during my stay; the room was kept comfy, clean and felt welcoming every time I returned. Very appreciative of the professional amenities including complementary water, towel changes, bed sheet re-arrangements and restocking consumables in the shared kitchen.
Preferably would have liked to personal hygiene items in my own room like tissues - I had a runny nose during my stay and noticed the only way to get tissues was regularly going into the shared kitchen/bathrooms to get them. During my stay, some of the shampoo dispensers had ran out of fluid which thankfully was a minor inconvenience given neighbouring showers could replace this; the floor tiles for the showers did feel as though they hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Finally, as the location is near public transport, I did on a few occasions wake up to outside noise during the early hours of the morning.
