Excellent location, check in and check out were very easy, and water/coffee pods/tea bags/extra towels were located easy to restock your room with whatever you needed on each floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Ear plugs were available if we needed, however, even during a busy holiday weekend we didn't notice any excessive noise. Plenty of bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Easy walk to the convention center and Pike Market as well.
This was not an issue for us, but to be clear that there are no elevators and so it was a walk up several flights of stairs to our 5th floor room, may be more difficult for those with mobility issues. The only concern for us was that the floor of the shower was very slippery when wet, it could benefit from a non-skid bath mat.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Thoughtful touches like a code to the building and luggage storage after checkout, white noise machine, water station, tea, and amenities like extra Kleenex on each floor. Comfy bed. Great location -- we walked all over the city and were near so many good restaurants and coffee.
Space is a bit cramped though I think they made the best of it. The scented soap is nice but very strong. The stairs gave us a good workout, being on the top floor, but we knew what we were signing up for, and there was a lift for luggage.

Position was very good if you want to stay in the center walkable neighbourhood and easy to reach downtown walking.
Very well connected with everywhere.
Storage lockers.
Lucky me it wasn’t hot otherwise with the cooler very very very noise sleeping would have been impossible.
No matter which ears plugs you have.
Cleaning. It wasn’t clean.
Yellow and black stains in the sheets. At the 3th black hair in the bed I stopped counting. Bathroom was clean.
