We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean, beautiful, and very well cared for. The views from the living room and one of the bedrooms were absolutely fantastic.
We especially loved spending time outside in the early mornings, when it was cooler and less humid. During the hotter parts of the day, we could cool off inside with the A/C, while some of us would head straight to the beach, which is literally right in front of the property!
The location was also great. Agia Marina and the neighboring town were bustling every evening, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to explore open well into the night. There was also a grocery store very close by that was open every day, which was extremely convenient.
What really made our stay special, though, was how kind and accommodating our host and their family were. Since we had a late evening flight on our last day and there were no guests arriving until the following day, they very generously allowed us to stay as long as we needed, as their cleaning schedule permitted. It made our final day so much more relaxing and enjoyable.
The entire host family was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We truly appreciated their hospitality and had a fantastic experience. We would happily stay here again!
A couple of things to keep in mind: the restaurant below can get a bit noisy in the evenings. This didn’t bother us much, though, as we tended to stay up late and sleep in during our time there.
We also experienced two brief power outages during our 10-day stay, each lasting around 30 minutes to an hour. This was completely outside of the owners’ control and appeared to be an issue affecting the wider Agia Marina area rather than the property itself.

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment. The location is the prime, all facilities are perfect. There are 3 air-conditions in the apartment that helps a lot because of very high temperature and humidity in July. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with all amenities you might need to feel like at home. Vicky, the host is the best host you could imagine, she gave us all information about the locations to see, about the restaurants nearby and in Chania as well. We went to many she proposed and all recommendations where just perfect.

Fabulous view out to sea, noise of the waves at night! Host Vicky extremely helpful, made a big difference to our holiday.
Quite noisy if you have the windows open because there is a restaurant below, but no problem if you use the aircon or go to bed later than us!
