The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times. The hotel is in a very good location in the heart of Puerto Madero, and we had a lovely room overlooking the water.
The breakfast on level two is very nice, with a buffet and the option of a short menu of hot foods to pick from including a range of egg options, French toast and waffles, etc. The gym is comprehensive and there’s a nice sauna in each of the men and women’s change rooms.
The rooms were not soundproof. A woman started making business calls at 6 am next door to us and we heard everything. They also allow pets - we could hear a dog barking for hours because the family left it alone. This is more of a reflection on the family than the hotel, but nonetheless, the soundproofing was not good.

Really great stay from start to finish. We arrived early before check-in and the staff kindly let us use the facilities while we waited. The team was super helpful throughout our stay, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
