Pluses: Centrally located between Nikolaikirche and Holländisches Viertel with all tourist goals within walking distance. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast selection was okay.
Minuses: It is a rather large hotel and for the number of guests here, the breakfast area should be larger, as it can get rather crowded. We were compelled in a rather brash manner by the personell to use the Self Check-In, which was quite the opposite of a warm welcome. Due to the size of the hotel and the thinly-spread personell, a bit of a Youth Hostel vibe dominates here in spite of the modern appointments.

Great stay overall. The room was clean, modern and fairly minimal, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Breakfast was decent with good coffee, and having the football on during the World Cup was a nice touch.
No real complaints. It is fairly simple and no-frills, but you get what you pay for and it did everything I needed it to.

No self controlled ac.only central heating. I couldn’t sleep because I was freezing all night.
