Apartán bol prístupný ihneď po príchode. Ľahko dostupný, blízko vodopádov a centra mesta. Bezpečné tiché miesto. Parkovanie vo dvore domu. Pohodlný, čístý, dobre vybavený apartmán. Veľmi dobrá komunikácia s majiteľom. Odorúčam.
Z hľadiska ubytovania nemôžem nič vytknúť. Všetko bolo v najlepšom poriadku.

Excellent view from the balcony. Approximately 5-8 minute walk from the areas you’d want to visit. Perfect location.
WiFi wasn’t working which we were informed after arriving.

Tolle sehr neu wirkende Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und supernah an der Innenstadt liegt. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war bestens- alles perfekt!

Good location, 6-8 minute walk to the waterfall/ bus station/ center. It was quiet at the weekend we stayed. The place was clean though basic. I like the big beds there. There was also outdoor hanging racks to hang clothes.
A few things:
- no Wifi for 3 days during our stay at early September and it was not informed to us before arrival. I read through other comments recently and saw the same complaint. Obviously it was not fixed.
- no toiletries, only handwash gel.
- though advertised as Two bedrooms but for 2 guests only one bedroom was available, the other one was locked. So this was a mislead.
- the cleaning lady spoke no English and seemed not nice.
- the payment asked by them was about 10 euros higher than what was to be collected as shown by the app. The owner said there were "city fees" on his app, but what he showed was "commission" fees he was supposed to pay to Booking.com. Therefore I already reported this action to booking.com as dishonest and deceiving.
- The fee dispute was handled via Whatsapp as the owner was not in Bosnia, and he used disappearing messages so all exchanges were deleted from Whatsapp the following days. I found this action not nice, though also a fault on my side to discuss matters with him via Whatsapp and not via booking app.
All and all the I cannot recommend this place because of no Wifi and the behavior of the owner. And not worth the value for money.
