The internet did not work at any point during the stay.
There is no reception or concierge.
The key uses a mechanical code lock with a fixed password known by neighbors — I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the apartment.
The property needs painting and general renovation.
Showers either didn’t work or sprayed water sideways; I even got shocked once. Water temperature was either too cold or extremely hot.
Exposed wiring in multiple areas of the house.
Poorly installed outlets and switches.
Broken doors throughout the apartment.
The sofa was stained and dirty.
Flooring was coming loose in several spots.
There was a leak in the back area.

One of the village’s apartments appeared to be in ruins, possibly collapsed.

A bucket of dirty water was left in the back.
