Very clean and modern.
The owner was kind and took me by car when it was raining to buy some stuff from the supermarket.
Great internet.
Great water pressure and hot water on demand.
You will have to prevent water from escaping the bathroom when you shower.
The vent fan is really lound and needs to be replaces.
The gas stove was slow to start keeping the flame on (needs new thermistors probably).
Last 100m of road is gravel (in case you need to roll luggage)

Ezequiel was super accommodating, and very helpful. He let me check in early and check out late. Apartment was new and super clean. Short walk from the bus station, about a mile walk to downtown.

必要な設備がすべてあり不必要なものは置いていない。清潔でシャワールームも広い。スーパーメルカドとバスターミナルが近くて便利。
