Nice, new facilities.
Clean, quiet, great furnishings and great kitchen appliances.
Staff members were friendly, courteous, and tried to be helpful.
Staff members were not well trained and not familiar with the contents of rooms and often did not respond to requests because of language needs. Over time this should improve.
How can a facility run out of coffee? Unbelievable! Five days without coffee!
