Good location. Nice facilities
It wasn’t quite as clean as it should be. The couch in the living room should have a clean cover over it

It was clean and spacious. Great to have space for multiple adults and a kitchen and laundry. Very convenient. The area was quiet and more neighborhood than shopping but the bus stop was just a 5-10 walk down the hill.
It was a little hard to find tucked into a little alleyway. It was a bit away from sites but walking distance to Kiyomizu-dera which actually ended up being great - not a lot of foot traffic so we got good sleep after long days of walking. I wish they had a coffee machine option as places opened so late. Most mornings we cooked up some breakfast with items from 7/11 but there were a few good cafes walking distance away.
