Didn't take breakfast. Location excellent in an attractive suburb of Rouen within a mile of the Motorway access.
House modern and beautifully furnished. Noted the important attention to small detail, like a jar of sweets on the table and earplugs by the bed (Not needed!)

Lovely host.
Comfortable bed.
Good television, netflix etc but needed to programme for English.
WIFI Good.
Hot shower, clean bathroom.
Small front garden area very secure for our dog.
Nice touch that host left a bowl of water in room for dog.
3 flights of wooden stairs to 3rd storey landing.
1 door to small bedroom and opposite end of landing a separate door to bathroom.
Large kettle which was difficult to fill properly from a bathroom sink.
Not suitable for large breed dogs (we had a boxer), but we made do.
Toilet was a macerator type.
Snug, off road parking. Very busy road/access when we arrived at 17.15hrs.
